Choose Get Access and enter your email and full name. Access is currently by approval or invitation. We will email you when your invitation is ready; requesting access does not create an account or start a subscription.
Yes. Once you have access, you can start on Free with 500 AI credits each month and no payment card required. Paid plans are optional.
Credits measure your use of Materi’s AI features. The amount used depends on the task and model, so one credit does not equal one message. You can check your remaining allowance in Billing.
New AI runs pause until your allowance resets or you upgrade to a plan with more credits. Free users can choose Pro or Ultra; Pro users can choose Ultra. Ultra users can wait for their reset or contact us about Enterprise. There are no automatic overage charges or one-off credit top-ups.
No. Unused credits do not roll over. Free credits reset each calendar month, and paid allowances renew with your subscription billing period.
Yes. Manage your subscription in Billing, where you can review plan changes before confirming. If you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current paid period.
